20 Day Returns Refunds Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds* for change of mind, so please ensure you are certain of your purchase before proceeding with your order.

*NOTE: This does not in any way affect your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and we encourage all customers to be aware of their rights as a consumer under the relevant Australian legislation. 

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item (or experience any other issue with your order), please contact our customer service team directly via sales@ningalooswimwear.com.au so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Returns shipping costs will not be credited to account or refunded if you choose to return a faulty or incorrect item without contacting us for a RMA ( return merchandise authorization ).Incorrect items must still be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and with all sanitary liners, sizing tags and swing tags attached.

• Item/s can be exchanged if the item is returned within 20 days of the original shipping date. Ningaloo Swimwear offers 1 free postage on your first exchange ( back to customer once we receive exchange item ).

• Item/s must be unworn and in the original sale “as new” condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached and garment un-worn. Ningaloo Swimwear has the right to refuse exchanges/returns at our discretion. 

• Return of the item/s is the responsibility of the purchaser and we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post, we recommend registered post.

• If retained items drop the overall order value below AUD 150, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Freight Charges on Returns

  • Shipping Deductions: If your returned items bring the total order value below the AUD 150 threshold, ( australian orders ) or AUD 200 threshold ( international orders ) you will be responsible for the standard shipping cost originally waived. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@ningalooswimwear.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the items securely, including the original tags and liners.
  3. Ship the return to the provided address, ensuring you keep the tracking information for your peace of mind.

• If any item/s are seen to be faulty we will be happy to refund or exchange your item + any cost on return postage.  Please notify us of any faults or defects within 7 days of receiving an item to insure a full refund. 

Final Sale Items

Please select carefully when shopping during a promotion or from our Sale page, as items that have been reduced more than 10% of the original price are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for return. This includes items reduced by way of a sale, use of a discount code, or as part of a promotion (such as “buy 2 get 1 free” etc.).

The fact that a particular item has not been specifically marked as “Final Sale” on the product page does not necessarily mean that it is eligible for return, if nonetheless, it has been reduced in value more than 10%. If you receive a faulty or incorrect Sale item, please contact us directly so we can arrange for a replacement.

Please send an email to : sales@ningalooswimwear.com.au to receive further instructions to discuss your options on returns in regards to sale items, BFCM items ( exchanges only if stock is available ) discontinued items sold on sale are not available to be returned unless faulty.  

Change of Address

Ningaloo Swimwear cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses being submitted on an order. Address preview and confirmation will be given when submitting orders, if for some reason you do not notice a wrong address until submitting a order please contact us immediately at sales@ningalooswimwear.com.au

Due to fast turn around some orders may not be cancelled, if this happens please refer to our Shipping Policy.
